The Big Event Company is a proud supporter of many events in our community. All approved donations made toward local events will be in the form of a certificate for a specified dollar amount toward a future rental and are valid for one year from the date of the community event. If you are making a donation request, we require that you complete the form below at least one month prior to your event. All requests will be reviewed and agreed upon by the Management Staff and Big Event Company owners. If a donation is granted, you will be notified via e-mail to schedule a pick up or to tell you your request has been mailed. Your e-mail address is required.
